Shipping & returns

Return and exchange:

  • ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS MARKED FINAL, ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
  •   Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE OR STORE CREDIT only within 14 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product.
  •   Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

 

Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
  •   Original tags, including KLEEO STYLE tags, must be attached.
  •   Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout.
  •   We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.

 

 

Exchanges:

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  •  We recommend purchasing the item so that it does not sell out. We do not pull sizes/items off online for returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue an online credit for a future purchase.

 

 Defects or Problems With Your Order? 

  •  If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at ([email protected])
  •  Must to inform the issue within 3 DAYS. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  •  Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
